the cusco one fits both 5 speed and 6 speed

Group N tranny mounts are made of a material similar to OEM, its just a bit stiffer. Cuscos are mostly steel with the exception of really stiff rubber bushings. Noise and vibrations will increase but the performance you get from them is top notch. These things are really solid pieces ~5lbs give or take. Bump for an awesome mount!
