Cusco tranny mount?
I found the package cusco offers on boxer4racing.com for the engine and tranny mounts. I have tried to install the STi tranny mount before and found that the '93-96 crossmembers are too small to fit around the ears of the bigger mount. Cuscos says it is for "all" Impreza, Legacys. etc. but I am skeptical whether or not this fits the early style crossmember? If anyone has succesfully put this mount on a '93-96 style tranny, I would love to know. Thanks in advance!

i put the sti group n mount on my 95
all you have to do is just cut the ears off
it also looks like there is no way of moding the cusco to fit but if you do want urethan mounts buy the mix and take your stock mount cut the rubber out and replace with the mix

i dont think cutting the ears off would let it flex more because if you have that much torque to flex it that the ears would contact then the 5sp is going to break
yes the shifting feels better more direct
i think the "goo mount" costs $15 to do
