Car Info: MY04 STi some call it a race car
FS: 97 Legacy GT
I have a 1997 Legacy GT (Automatic) for sale. It has tinted windows, I just had the side skirts, rear skirt, front bumper and grill painted to match the car. I also upgraded the headligts to the MY98 style (independent Bulbs) as opposed to a sealed unit. It has always been well maintained. It has 143K miles on it, but motor roughly has 40-60K (might still be original short block, I know for sure the heads are newer) miles on it and has newer style head gaskets, as all this was replaced prior to me owning it.
I am selling it w/:
- 105K service
- 150K Service
- Professionally detailed inside/outside
*the car doesn't need either one of these service's, but I feel more comfortable selling it that way.
Price: $5,500.00

Noah,
Do you have anymore info on the car?
Any receipts for the work on the engine rebuild or carfax?
I have a friend that is very interested in it, but he would be coming up from Monterey, CA.
This will be his first car, and I think this would be an awesome steal....I mean Deal
for him. KBB with the mileage on the motor, you are offering a hell of a deal.
He has cash in hand, let me know when the car is available to be seen. The guys at LIC were as helpful as they could be.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Would like to call DIBS
if possible....
Thanks.

RedStage.....Thanks for the PM, I've was extremely busy over the last 24 hours...the car should be ready to be seen by next weekend.
unfortunately the motor stuff I have no for sure answers for you...The car runs great and has never given me or my wife any issues...this was the wife's car to drive.
ACCIDENTS...my wife rear ended a car about 2 months ago, only damage to the car was a slight scuff on the bumper and dented fender, of which I replaced the fender....no frame damage or anything like that, again this was a 5 mph little bump, SUBARU tin fenders aren't that strong....anyways, I can set up a time to meet if you like for next weekend, I will be showing the car to a few people on next weekend, as there are quite a few interested.

*people have already come to look at the car and are very interested...first to show up w/ $5,500 in hand gets it (and I meant $5,500 not $5k)
