Good for you. Everyone needs a project to look forward too and tinker on once in a while to relieve stress.

Thanks! It's gonna be less stress when I have the time and money for tinkering lol.

Future Agenda:

-Coils
-Air/Water Intercooler setup
-VF37
-Built Long Block (thinking 2.2L stroker)
-Tooooooon

We shall see of course

Also apparently I just won the #3 poster award on here. Wut?

So if you're doing coils than you don't need the Koni bump extenders.....right? You have a PM.

Aha, good logic, but first I am going to investimagate if I can use them on my Camry All-Trac (which may also get coils in the end, but Koni's are the economical option). I'll let you know.

Beast on the street and track, mountain carver, etc. haha. I'll prob have a 91 and E85 tune.

re: smaogs, the IHI VF37 is a stock position, stock part (to a JDM v8 STi). With the head shields on the up and the turbo, no one will know the difference. Everthing looks bone stock because it is, appearance and Subaru badging and all.

Also, the AWIC will be in stock location, with stock couplers. If it meets those requirements, it's totally CARB legal . I know this from people who do Mk. 1.5 MR2's, which swap the 4AGE/GZE with a 3S-GTE off an MR2 turbo/Celica All-Trac.

This is also why you can't run a front mount if it didn't come that way from the factory. And likewise, you couldn't convert to TMIC, if one was so possessed to do that.

Eh, I'll check fitment later, or as needed fab my own extenders. I'm selling it to a buddy so we'll see what he wants to do with it anyway.

And yeah, I've only ever seen two out in the wild, and my specimen is one of those two haha.

PM ker-sent...

Naw, ended up keeping them.

With a set of spare TGVs and the right tools, it's not too hard a DIY job though.
