de_engineered's New Years Clearout Sale
Update 1/8/2014:
The sale has resumed! Some parts have been sold, some I've decided to keep, and some still remain. Come geddit!
Local pickup preferred, obviously will not ship for larger items. I live in SJ, work in Fremont.
Will take cash and/or PayPal, no trades. First come first serve, though you can reserve parts if you PayPal in advance.
Parts either off of an 04 WRX sedan, or purchased for it. Your responsibility to ascertain fitment.
I will price match parts in similar condition if you provide a valid, and recent (within about one year) URL. OBO me kids.
Pending - Busted TD04 Turbo:
Toasted CHRA, no wastegate actuator. Compressor and turbine fine though, with turbine already separated. Compressor will need a 1/2" or larger snap ring plier to remove. Great for port and polishing core exchange, or to try your own hand at that sort of thing.
Pending - "Spec E" eBay Intercooler:
It’s not bad at all really. Moreover, cheap!
$40 - GFB Lightweight Alternator Pulley:
It’s blue, it’s light, it’s nice, and a no longer made part. I also have an appropriately sized 24mm socket (1/2" drive) to take off your alternator pulley bolt, yours for $1 w/purchase of the pulley.
$40 ea. - 3x Decent Stock 04 WRX Wheels:
Great for those little mistakes, or full sized spares.
Pending - Cusco Heat Shield:
Little worn, still looks puurty though.
$30 - Exhaust Wrap:
Mummify your downpipe for pleasure, profit, and performance. Nigh BNIB, wrapper's a bit torn, but has never even been unrolled.
$30 - Whiteline Gearbox Crossmember Pad Bushings:
Due to Whiteline calling the same part type a different name for both the OEM replacement and its harder poly ones, I bought these and the polys. Polys are in my car, these are not. Enjoy.
$5 - Stock Clutch Line:
Yeah.
$15 - Grimmspeed Double Thick Manifold-to-Cross Pipe Gaskets:
BNIB. Getting a higher flowing cross pipe or PnPing your stocker? Stick some of these in there and bypass those annoying exhaust leaks.

10K on the rears? Less than 5K on the fronts. If I do some homework I can work backwards and get a more precise number.
Car is a daily, never tracked or auto crossed with these parts on. I'm also realizing my idea of aggressive driving isn't much at all compared to what a lot of folks do to their cars.
At any rate, they're really, really solid, and Whiteline has a lifetime warranty on the bushings in them.
