2006 STI for $9,000?
Hey guys. I saw this on craigslist and thought I might share. Obviously too good to be true. Even for a salvage title, this is a little too cheap. I'm happy with my 03 wrx and I am not considering buying it. Any thoughts?

I hope you are serious in your intention for buying, don`t take it personally, but I had many problems with fake buyers in the past. So if you decide on buying the car, I want the deal closed only through eBay's Safe Purchase program. They will handle our transaction as a Third Party, and you will not pay me any money before getting the car at your front door. You will make the payment to eBay and they will hold the money until you receive the car. I am located in the city of Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia, and the car is here with me. I was sent here with my Air Unit in the Partnership for Peace Programme. I brought the WRX with me here, thinking it will be usefull, but now I have to sell it back in the United States. Serbia has different laws than USA, an it would cost me a fortune to register an US imported vehicle, because the car has US specs and emission standards. They have huge taxes for imported cars.
My final price on it is US9,000.00$. I know it may seem low, but i find it reasonable. I have no use for the car here anyway.

If they tell you that the "A/C blows nice and cold" on a new car, the seller/scammer is probably 'blowing nice and hot' air oot of his ****. Perfect example of too much information + too low a price = too good to be true. I've seen this same wording on other scams for WRX's on Ebay, Craigslist, etc.
