noob question about Accessports

noob question about Accessports
I was wondering why some accessports v2's are compatible with both 04's and 07 STi's while other models arnt? Or am i wrong and the V2's work with all ej25 motors?

ive been looking for that page forever... i fail lol
E: but the thing that confuses me is when i go to AP for 04-05 it says "AP-SUB-002 Subaru Impreza STi 2004-2005 ; USDM Only"
But on your page it shows "AP-SUB-002 Subaru WRX STi 2004-07 2.5"
But i guess its the same thing since both V2
