Possibly 3 02-03 Accessports available now.

I called a bunch of Cobb vendors to try to find a place that could get me an accessport quick, mine is in route but I got a call from another vendor that has 3 for a 02-03 WRX. He said there are people on a waiting list but he hasnt received any calls yet so here is the # (303) 343-3619. Im not saying you will definately be able to get one but it is worth a try.

Good luck.

I'm glad to hear you were able to get one. I had to wait almost 2 months. Just think, a Ram's fan just helped a possible Pat's fan.

Yup. Not bad. I'm all about ordering it and getting it the next day, too. =)

For the record, there is not a single thing you can do to your car that is a better bang for the buck than this. I installed mine and ran it a bit last night, and it's a new car. No more low-RPM hesitation, pull all the way to redline, more power, more torque...it's unbelievable.

And it's still learning...I only hit 13.7 last night. =)

What other mods do you have on your car?

I am also wondering what other mods you have. When you say you hit 13.7, are you talking psi or 1/4 mile time? I am also happy with the improvements but I am only hitting .88 hkpa (12.5 psi) which is about 2 psi less than my car hit before the flash. Did your car loose some boost also and if so how much.

Thanks.

Some people said that with the 3/16 mod installed they were able to hit target boosts again, so that might be a fix for you

I read this on Cobb's website

Thanks for the reply, but my car is gaining boost the more I drive it. I knew it would have to learn but I didnt think I would end up gaining 2 psi. Im not at target yet but at the rate it is learning, Im thinking I'll be at target boost in a couple days. Just so you know, Trey is trying to stop doing the restricter mod and now Cobb has a HWG map for people that are not hitting target boost. This new map adjusts how the waste gate works.

I've seen the new map and how it affects the duty cycle of the boost solenoid, glad it working out for you!

Thanks.
Sorry it took me a few days to get back here...I went on vacation over the weekend.

The good news...I finally saw a full 14.7psi boost this weekend. 5th gear, WOT on the New York Thruway. I think getting a good chance to run it on open road was all it needed. I logged about 750 miles total, and I'm seeing that boost sustained pretty much in 3rd up.

I actually gained boost from where I was before I installed the AP. I had done a few mods:

-Samco I/C hoses
-Helix Up-pipe
-3/16 mod
-Silencer delete
-Grounding mod

I ended up pulling the 3/16. I ran into an issue when my boost solenoid started to malfunction with this mod, causing boost to cut in and out anytime the car came under boost. It was like driving a bucking bronco. So a new solenoid, original restrictor, and I was back to healthy stock boost. The AP added a few pounds from there.

I've found that the car is really a different beast now. It's so much stronger all across the rev range, and I really noticed quite a bit down low. I've been relearning how to drive it again. I find that I'm overpowering my takeoffs now, where before I needed to give the car a rev and slip the clutch quite a bit to take off. It's pretty sweet.

2months and waiting , but all these positive comments keep me excited!
Does cobb give a "quick learn " sequence for the reflash? I recall seeing something of the sort once which involved holding certain rpms and sacrificing a small child while blowing rum on a burning candle ....

...oops , different ritual
