Hi all,

Just wanted to get a shout out as a new/future 04 WRX owner. Loan company has to process some paperwork before I can get the car.

Was curious if there were any troublespots to worry about since it's a used car with 58k on the odo. The previous owner replaced the up pipe with an HKS and has an Injen intake on it. Are Injen CAI carb legal? Oh yeah, previous owner already did the 60k maintenance.

Anyways, I read up about the ol/cl delay on the 04's should that be something to be concerned about in the future with the current mods on the car? I'm planning to keep it mostly in it's current state other than probably an AP for tuning & suspension, brake lines, wheel/tire upgrades. All info appreciated.

I forgot to add, this is my first subie owned however I've driven alot of my friend's 2.5RS's, wrx's, sti n loved em. Was just not the right time and budget. Anyways, I'm coming from an mr2 aw11 na & sc, dc2 gsr, 1g dsm gsx background. So, the only similar car I've had with this wrx is the Eclipse 1st Gen DSM. Huge, difference in cars however, although the layout seems similar with awd & 2.0L T engines.
