Newbie performance question
So this will be my first Subaru that I have ever modded. I've had the wagon for two weeks and I've been going crazy with it...window tint, stereo with subs etc, roof racks for my bikes, rota wheels, suspension...I just installed the Cobb AP but now I want more. I've already been breaking the bank but I want the Cobb stage 2 TBE. Should I keep it all Cobb? From doing some research I kinda like the Borla "hush" exhaust as well because I like the more stealth/sleeper aspect and not hella loud. If I did go with the Borla what kind of downpipe could I use? Or if I stayed all Cobb and had to buy either the downpipe or exhaust what would you choose first? Or 3rd, some guy on craigslist is selling full Perrin exhaust and downpipe for like $500. Any help would be awesome....PS: I'll post some pics as soon as I figure it out.

Well definitely go bellmouth DP. Best airflow (that's why the HKS Dp sucks). It's okay to mix and match your parts. I had a helix DP and a Skunk2 CBE and I loved the power it produced!

i got crucial racing, good stuff w/ high flow cat for just under 1k.
i love their dp set up, its two piece, top portion is thermal coated and the bottom portion is the cat. their catback is very slick, nice, good sized muffler and tip but its just on the loud side for me.
