Hey every body, i just bought an 06 wrx with 10,000 miles on it.
It has a Cobb turbo-back exhaust. Is that a good exhaust? Is Cobb a good brand? How much power do i gain with it? Thanks.

 

Yes, it is a quality system. Gains depend on a number of details but it is pretty substantial. With a tune with increased boost, you can see some large gains

 

+1^^^ Great quality system! Cobb is actually endorsed by some dealerships so some of them sell their products. A friend of mine grew up a block away from their shop when they were in texas...he said he used to be amazed by the cars that would go by and the noise from the shop hahaha. Cobb stuff costs quite a bit, but you get what you pay for I would say you could see pretty large gains with a tune, but not necassarily any/much more than other quality parts. Im assuming since youve got the turboback youve got some sort of EM (I hope). Get a protune! You wont be dissapointed!
