Window Tint in NH

Any advice on getting windows tinted in NH? What is teh enforcement on the front side windows like? I know the law is you can't have ANY tint on the front sides, which is stupid but do you guys know any shops that still do it, gotten pulled over? etc etc??? Any info will help! Thanks

Sorry, I have no advice but I'm looking into the same question. I want to lightly tint my front windows but am not sure if the police in nh are ***holes about this. If you find out anything let me know. where in nh are you from? I found a place in derry that guarantees their work but its kinda pricey! I think its called Performance Tinting.

Try Tint King. I beleive they are in Salem or somewhere but its high tech. Lifetime warranty. Heard good things. Thats where Ray Hughes had his car done. I'd say try it yourself first... (learn something every day) Tint is cheap and I remember his just for rear windshield and rear windows was over $200. Thats an Uppipe and radiator shroud where I come from

Is that 160 for just the three rear windows? Have you got the number handy?

In NH it is only legal to do the rear windows. ie....rear passenger and drive sides and rear window. The legal percentage is 35%. As far as cops being jerks. It depends on the town you live in.

I know southern NH have plenty of jerky cops that will give tickets for any tint on front windows. Unless your a girl and play ignorance.

My Subaru had non-factory tint on the rear doors and hatch window. I went to get it inspected and was told he could not inspect it due to the tint. If it had been FACTORY installed it would have been OK. Had to have the tinting removed. Just my experience.

my 94 legacy wagon has non-factory 30% tint on all four doors plus back hatch.since having one back window broken and after replacing the window,i retinted both back side windows with 5%.

as far as problems with cops, haven't had any.and when it comes to inspections...i make sure my windows are rolled down.
