Easy for you maybe. I am mechanically challenged. Always have been. Even in high school, my friend had to come over and re-do the tune-up on my 69 Cougar so that the care would actually run. I've learned my lesson over the years, thank you very much. I did put in my own, hood scoop, dead pedal and shifter ****. Woo-hoo!!!!

I just had my ECU reflashed at KTR and I'm very happy with it. They also installed my header for a very reasonable price. All the folks in the tuning shop are very friendly and explanatory. Guy in particular was very eager to get the most out of my engine and to show me how he does it. They don't quite have official Ecutek vendor status I think, so they may be keeping a low profile until they get it up and going.
KTR Performance is for tuning and KTR Motorsports is the racing and vintage car restoration shop. While you are waiting, you can drool over the collection of vintage european race cars in the show room, like a $9 million 1962 250 GTO, a 288 GTO, etc.

Hi Zaxdad,
Sorry for not following-up on this thread. Here is a brief explanation:
I ran into a lot of trouble posting this thread on NASIOC, and they actually locked my screen name. To avoid any trouble on the I-Club forum, I decided to stop posting untill KTR Performance became an offical vendor.
Regarding the volunteers, I'm still narrowing down the field. All participants will be notified by the end of the week regarding a status.
Once again sorry for the inconvenience, I hope everyone understands. I can still be reached by email.
Sincerely,
Guy R.

Guy,
Hey, I not only posted my interest to you back when you first were looking, I also called and left a message that I was interested. I bought my UNICHIP (now sold) from Adam who has had his car in your shop many times and has highly recommended you. Yet I have not heard from you either...and you have my phone # so what's the excuses?
I've only heard back from you guys about a possible uppipe install but you never got back about tuning...what gives?
Ross

Hi Tranjo,
I just sent you an email, please read it and get back to me.
I'm really sorry for your bad experience with the car. There is more to this then what's described in your post.
You are the only Subaru person that left our shop unhappy. The reason for that is described in my email to you.
I'm sure if we get a chance to talk you'll understand. I look forward to hearing from you and making your previous experience fade with future help and support.
Regards,
Guy R.

Hi Alfriedeggs,
This is exactly what I didn't want to happen. I have emailed Tranjo and I'm sure we can handle it offline. Getting into a word battle on this forum is a waste of time for both parties and does not resolve anything.
I much rather talk to Tranjo and solve the differences on our own. The one thing I hate most is seeing a disappointed customer. We will do our best to make sure the situation is rectified with Tranjo and that he'll be able to regain our trust.

Guy R.

You know your right GUY!!
I agree, it should have been worked out privately. I e-mailed you several times, you told me you would talk to AMI,, never heard from either of you ever again. It's been 10 months, and cost more tons of cash to replace an engine. I know several unhappy former Adrenalin customers. Trust me you know as well as I, that I wasn't the only issue.
I decided to make it public because it went unresolved for so long.
My engine failure was caused by a severe lean condition toasting the #4 cyl. ReMeMBer! How many times did I come back with misfire codes? the car never went into your shop for that problem.. It came out with that problem. We could argue all day Guy!! Bottom line is you guy's didn't help when I asked.
