I just wanted to pass on my experience with KTR this week. I bought a motorcycle on ebay recently, and the delivery company would only deliver to a commercial address with a fork lift. I tried the Ducati dealer where I'll get the service done and a local shop, but they were reluctant to help. I decided to try KTR, since they're only 5 minutes from home, and they said it would be no problem.

When the bike showed up, it turns out the check I left KTR for the shipping company wasn't enough. So, they paid for the entire delivery fee right there, and told me I could pay them later! Amazing service from folks I had just met, and for a motorcycle, not even a car.
