Yes it can add a bit to their decision making if it appeals to them - reasoning, trust, might help them get lucky ...heck most of the decisions I make about mods to my car are learned here and from hearing other people's opinions here who have done the mods...and I try to share what I know...

If someone doesn't feel like they're getting the answers they want or are being treated fairly and want to leave...great, good luck, hopefully they find what they're looking for...the reason they posted that message was because they felt slighted in some way and just wanted others to know (although the 'I see you masterbating' pope is pretty funny...it should really say 'damn that's a fine lookin' alter-boy!')...you can't fault him for his method of conflict resolution just because it's different than yours...may not be the method I chose...and obviously not the one others in this thread would pick...

Again just in case it flew by your melon, its not a matter of telling someone the truth or not (that's their decision), and as a listener, its your choice as well to believe and apply suggestions, tips, stories, or simply ignore it and use it to wipe your *** with....what would you rather choose, someone who is lying, and trying to give you wrong info and at the same time insulting and mocking you and calling you a NOOB or to off, or someone who is also not telling the truth, but is civil and decent on his/her approach to you???

if you are stupid (which i am not sure of), then you will listen to these people and let yourself be affected by idiots, but if not, all you did was get their opinion, true or not, and would probably prefer the friendlier version of it...and decide on your own, use your best judgement based on what you have heared, if seemed like a bogus and outrageous opinion (sounding more like someone was making fun of you/insult)would you listen to someone like that??? c'mon, you are smarter than that right...maybe not smarter than "KC"haha!
