I'm putting an event for this weekends upcoming 1st Night race in Singapore. Buffalo Wild Wings has agreed to open their doors early for us and have every TV and big screen on SpeedTV. In addition, they'll have normal menu items, beer, and sodas available for purchase. They need a $500 guarantee from me to do this.

I need everyone's support to put this event together. What can you do? Post if you and others will be coming so I can get a headcount and also if you would plan to spend at least $10 or more on food,drinks, etc....


Where: BW3's Ofallon, MO Hwy K and N
When: Sunday Sept 28th, 7 AM sharp or a little earlier til 9AM as the races don't usually go over 2hrs.
Cost: Only food & drinks.

Speed: I need responses quickly and will post results and likelyhood of this event coming to fruition.

 

Come on guys, I see that I've have 7 views of this post and not one reply. Time is running out on this event. What a great way to watch the race and spend it with fans just like you. Buffalo Wild Wings has been very supportive of this event and I'd like to keep this avenue open with them.

Please post comment and or commitments that you'll be there and will buy some food and drinks.

Due to lack of timely responses I had to cancel this event. BW3's wanted $500 from me upfront and I can't eat that many chicken wings. I'll try to organize this for another race but it will most likely have to be in the 2009 season. Thanks for all of the interest that some of you gave.
