This guy walked into my work today with a friend of his(I work at a car parts store) looking for something and I told him people on NASIOC were looking for him he said "I don't care". I know what he looks like b/c I have come across him in person a few times before. He has organized a few Subaru meets in the DC/MD area.

Evoeater , I too was contacted after a while and like you gave him the benefit of the doubt, you probably will not see your money.
Somebody he screws over localy will harm him , not all people are nice like us.His stupidity of scamming local people is beyond me.
