I am being required to get building insurance on top of the shop insurance. Anyone know who I can call to get a quote?

They need $1 million dollar coverage for the structure naming the building owner as beneficiary. I hope this is something we can afford otherwise...*&^%$#@!...

yeah , the building owner use to provide it for everyone (six units) but now the property mgt. wants us to pay for it as an individual policy for a million dollars each tenant. Hell the building cost only 200 thou to rebuild.

 

Does $1m cover all of Gordy's tools?

 

hell no mate, I will help him out aswell coz he cannot afford it. If we all stick together and not get coverage, I believe we can get this over turned and not need one.
