That's a cool adapter, wonder how well it works though.

If by now you've made plans that require us to ride Sunday, I can go then too, I was just hoping to ride both days
MIKE - did you see the post I made (quoted above)?

I t works very well according to other Klein Mantra owners. It attaches via a spacer on the hub and then is supported from the old V-Brake attachment point.

Of course, to get discs up front, I have to change out the forks. And then buy two disc brake setups. And probably a new stem to match the new forks. And if I'm doing that, I might as well change the headset...

Olmstead is fine on Saturday. I think I'll only be able to do one day this weekend because I have a lot of yardwork et al around the house. We'll see...

Cool. I'll email Randy tonight. I think I'm going to try and ride salmon falls with my coworker on Sunday but we'll see how that works out. I've always wanted to ride that trail at least once .

Oh, and this weekend, don't forget to layer up, we'll be riding in temps in the mid 30s or so

It's been a while, so I'd like to do Salmon Falls again too. That place is just so crazy busy on the weekends.

Maybe the cold this weekend will keep the trails a bit clear?

That would like, rock and stuff. Let me know if you're gonna come up and we can meet up - either at my house or grab some breakfast at the new Mel's that just opened here in Natomas if you're interested

I don't want to ride too late though. Lets recheck the hourly forecast on weather.com tomorrow and see what the temps are supposed to be like at 11a and 12p and then decide. That cool?
