No snowshoeing or riding this weekend. I caught some sort of bug that has put me out of action.

Hey, how often do you guys ride? I wanna get into biking a bit, looks fun.

 

We used to ride one or two times per week. I'm going to try and start riding weekly again. If you're going to get in to cycling[, now would be the time as I'm just getting back in to it myself and will be riding the easy trails until my doctor clears me (which I hope will be 3/27/08).

Once he clears me, I'm going to the foothills again, and if I'm in good enough shape already, I'm gonna start racing again I think . It doesn't take long to build up the base endurance if you work at it so get going
