60 for 5 quarts isnt bad. Mobil 1 is about 30 bucks at wall mart for a 5 qt. jug or its like 6.50 for a quart.

I'm not going to tell where it is, but yes you can go down there and no I wont go in the water. its hella cold and the surf is really rough.
