im using neo synthetics and i have no problems at all used mobil 1 and royal purple before and i kept burning oil.

I've heard good thing about castrol 0-30 syn. too. this is the one thats made in Germany.

 

tracy/david: i know you're all go for neo. but 60+ bucks for 5 quarts is pricey. esp where i'm sitting at right now i dont think i need that baller of an oil just yet.

dustin: so, its ok to use 0w30 castrol on our stock motor? if you can elaborate at all on the difference between the oil viscosities (5w & 0w), then it'd be nice. i'm like 200 miles away (but 1 month overdue) on my oil change...
