Hey Ben, why did you want to install the elbo? Are you worried about stuff getting into your intake? You'll prob get cooler air from the fenderwell as opposed to under the hood above the radiator.
thats cool, I have seen them for a lot of money, just for an elbo of pluming material. My silencer is just out entirely. I wanted to avoid heat soak from the engine and radiator, which occurs on the normal airflow path. Just curious. Let me know what you think of the difference.

Its not necessary to port air from the scoop above the radiator. It is hotter air with more resistance than the air flowing up from the fenderwell. I just blocked the first hole with a stock 2.5 NA plastic piece, and left the second hole open as access to the fenderwell. I'll show you next time I'm down.
id reccomend the PVC though. but get it annodized. annodized blue. and then put HKS stickers on. and then maybe some underhood blue neon lights. for performance.
