if you're talking about the n00b hill parking lot on lighthouse in monterey, they don't close it but they are very **** about non-customers parking there

anywhere on the westside (lighthouse, bwalk, etc) will be shut down quick in the evening by the cops....we could do the starbucks at the safeway just off of Hwy1 on 41st ave in capitola, theres plenty of room and easy access. its not too picturesque, but we probably wouldn't be bothered if we kept it mellow...and as a sidenote it is Easter on sunday, and i'm guessing i'm not the only one who will be out of town for the weekend....may be a better idea to wait till saturday the 14th?

some lighthouse parking lots have gates but the spots divided by the median by the stairs are always open, theres about 20 spots there
but yeah the lighthouse will only be good for pics when the sun is setting, and the parking wont be available with 10 spots next to eachother
