I'd wait and get one of those if you're not planning on buying a used one.

The stock tune changed in 04 so you will need one designed for an 03. They're usually pretty easy to find used on nasioc.

 

02-03 WRX - Drive by cable - older ECU, 02's had extra flash memory for second boost/fuel map.
04-05 WRX - Drive by cable - ECU where open/closed loop transition has longer delay causing lean condition.
06-07 WRX - Drive by wire - Electronically controlled throttle as found it 04+ STi models, most likely similar to STi ECU minus AVCS.

I was thinkin 300 for everything and I think its totally worthwhile (they'd already be on my car if I had the cash/time lol)....I would probably decide what springs you want to use, whether its the OE ones I have or aftermarket ones first...The Teins are pretty slick, but its probably more of a drop than what you were looking for (ie-Eriks car has them)....I'd probably go with the OE springs, cause you don't have to spend more cash, and you get a sweet ride and about a half inch drop...Anywho, lemme know what you want to do

I like the swift springs. The tein's get the car a bit too dumped for my preference. The upgrade is worth it. The stock struts are week. Yours will blow pretty quick if you just put springs on them...mine are.

Hey got the suspension!!!! So if any of you guys would be kind enough to help with install it would be greatly appreciated. When it comes to installation , i know about as much as you guys know about cricket!!! ( Basicly not very much) Thanks , Tom

Sweet! Do you have camber bolts for the rear? If not I have an extra set I could sell you for like $20(paid $25 shipped from ebay).

Not sure if you plan on going to the autocross or not. Maybe after that I can swing by since it's on the way.
