dude, you need a c n c router. i can cut acrylic up to 3" thick. i have several 4x8 sheets of 1/2" clear lying around my shop. it comes in several thicknesses. i can cut 5'x10' sheets. so anything smaller is childs play...

Is it just me or is the intercooler on that wrx in phoenix crooked. And the vacuum lines aren't bolted down to the intercooler either... wth did they do to that poor bugeye?

Yeah it looks like there's no intercooler mounts at all..it says it's a new engine, so a chop shop probably did the work. The outside of the car looks good, but I would pay over $4k for that thing.

Can you do precise cuts? I also heard its impossible to drill holes in it without cracking it, that true?

I might have jumped the gun. The set I saw might be sold already and the dude just didn't update his thread. Found them on rs25.com. But the OP hasn't been online for a few months :-/
