You need to get it done professionally. Almost like a diamond cut style. Dremel will rough it up. And nothing to fine tune it.

new battery = fail... problems still apparent and i spend $95 on a new one although it does start now its really slow cranking meaning its something more like the starter and just made the battery look dead/ showed it was near dead... so tomorrow morning im driving back to AC (if it starts) to drop it off and swap the downpipe then take my dads truck back up here and hopefully SR mitsu or FF or someone has an open and can take care of my car this week. i mean it would be cool have it fixed by next week but oh well if it isnt.
