I have a clunk coming from my front passenger side. I'm thinking it's in relation to the sways. Anyone able to help me figure it out this weekend?

Couple questions...

1. When is it happening?
2. Can you reproduce it?
3. How low are you?
4. What do you have modified?
5. How many miles?

Is it only on slow bumps/going up driveways ? It happened to me it was a loose bolt near the subframe. Can't explain where it is but I can show you.

2. Can you reproduce it? Not on command, it's intermittent.
3. How low are you? Stock rude height. Stock springs & struts.
4. What do you have modified? Sways, end links and lower control arm brace.
5. How many miles? 75k

See above. Doesn't really happen up hills that I've noticed, mostly when turning. I think it's the bracket that mounts the sways.

honestly... kinda sounds like an axle or diff issue.

I know they had some issue with the axles backing out of STI's but think those were 09's.

Hopefully somethings just loose and it's binding up. I'd check the bolts to everything after market that you have designed and take a look at everything that rotates up front.

But to me it kinda sounds like something is binding up...

Have you had your trans or diff flushed since new?

Wow.... that I did NOT see coming. Crazy.

Wonder how much they're gonna want. LOL.

Just mean there will be a lot more 07/08 fxt's on the market for me to choose from. LOL!

I don't think I want one of the new ones unless it comes with a 6 speed, 300hp and HID's.

Minimum of $35,000. The regular XT's are low $30,000's.

Yeah... another reason I won't be getting it. I'd say closer to $40k. Retarded.

Dude... I found an FXT out in Sac. Dude is being straight shady. Selling a salvage repair for over $16k. I asked a few questions and got some B.S. answers.

New steering wheel. New paint. Sports front end conversions. He sold some busted fog lights. He bought an air bag. A new mirror. Few other things.

What does that tell me... car has been in a wreck and home repaired. He claims the interior was damaged by water.

Good luck selling it. My meter was peg'd by it. Car looked sweet too. If he wasn't such a douche I probably wouldn't have researched his post history.

Yea that sucks. You gonna be at Gagan's Sat for that interior? I'll be in Fremont at 10 or 10:30 for an oil change. Got 4 oil changes, but have to go to an Autowest dealership, so Fremont it is. Let me know, I'll swing by.

I'm noticed a couple times just now that it sometimes happens while I'm going straight over little bumps
