I still haven't finished cleaning up from my sunday bbq.

Had like 100 beers at least. 8 different kinds. Couple empty bottles of whiskey. 3 racks of ribs. Some skirt steak. Some burgers. 4 different kinds of sausage. Cake. Salsa. Guac. Chips. Bread. Stuffed peppers. bunch of finger foods. Etc.

I actually make some bomb mushroom burgers.

I usually have something to eat for veggies but I stopped going out of my way a long time ago. I'd throw these huge bbq's and spend $40 on veggie BS to feed 3 people. You want special food... bring it. I didn't make the choice for you to not eat meat. And before you get your panties in a bunch I used to live with 3 vegans and I used to be a vegetarian myself. But I NEVER asked someone to prepare special food for me. NEVER.

Yeah I can imagine trying to cook for a vegan to be pretty difficult. I couldn't live without cheese, eggs and milk.

I could care what people serve at BBQs, I never go to them anyway.

LOL!

Yeah... try living with them. They'd freak out if I cooked anything with animal in it even though I had my own pots/pans and paid the bulk of all the bills.

Missing out. BBQ's are the ultimate hang out. You're outside. You've got food and beverage. It's a great atmosphere for family fun, etc.

I friggin love BBQ's. We used to have HUGE ones at my place. Bands. Kegs. Big trailer grill. The last big one I had over 100 pounds in skirt steak and tri-tip. 4 bands. 2 kegs. Probably 30 bottles of booze. And yes we had tons of veggie burgers.
