Then I ended up with gold wheels. LOL. least it's a different gold and I won't feel bad if I paint these gram lights. I really want black wheels or I have an idea for an odd version of olive drab. Just something different but not obvious. Been kicking around drab, a dark brown color and an odd gray.

And black with a slight twist. But I'm not gonna bother until my engine blows and the car is gonna be down. Right now I'm fine with the lighter gold.
olive drab ftw hah, my wheels have been that color for a while now...rustoleum makes a perfect olive green

I totally forgot about that. Those things look sick!

Damn it. No Olive drab for me. Maybe navy gray or driftwood (new pantone color). Kind of a dark taupe.

Bah. Not gonna happen for a while anyways. Who knows, maybe I'll trade my way in to another set of wheels. I really want some xd9's. That or some gram light 57s. Those are the only 2 wheels on my radar right now. Maybe.... MAYBE DPT's with brand new tires. LOL.

I saw that and was thinking it would compliment my 197,000 mile motor very well. LOL. That and a certain someone's RA tranny.

Anyone know how the 2010 motors wire in to an 04 ECU? Do you need the ECU for the 2010?

comes from NASIOC...
"the first thing is you need is a
08+ wrx motor/ecu assuming that you want your dash/ac/car to work

the change in wiring to can-bus changed almost everything related to engine swaps
to do an 08 you really need a complete wrecked 08+ wrx"

the guy wants to swap an 08 wrx engine into 08 2.5i...don't know if it would be the same for your year

I would love some white Work XD-9 wheels. They're not too expensive, still a bit cheaper than Advans and half the price of Volks lol.

Wheels by themselves, I think it would look dope on black if the rest of your car accents were black...would clash with pink/gold imo
