Now is a good time to get them. Go to Harbor Freight and pick some up. I want to pick up another heavy duty set myself and another overhead that plugs in/not hard wired.
For oil changes, wheel swaps and basic stuff like that lights are fine. I just try to do the real complex stuff in the daylight.
I'd say we could do a day at my place but my garage can only handle 1 car at a time and my drive way is not work on car friendly.

Just remember this... money will get harder to come by once you have the baby... so what you have now might be all you get for a long time. It's better to just hold on to what you have and save than to sell and never have again.
Unless it's stuff you don't want anyways.
And remember this... xmas comes and goes. Spending a **** ton of money on b.s. might not be totally necessary. Wife and I agreed to purchase NOTHING for each other this year so we could afford to get some cool **** for our 2 year old.
Getting her a kitchen. Got her a doll and a trampoline. Getting an a few other things too.
And you're not gonna "need" half the **** you think you do for the baby. We have 5 tubs of clothes... probably 5% unworn and 10% worn once. Maybe 25% of the stuff in there was completely unnecessary. Maybe more. That doesn't inlcude all the toys and gadgets that came and went.
Oh... advice... buy one of a bunch of different bottles. Your baby might reject them all. Find one he/she likes. Buy multiples of those. We went with tommy tippee.

Oh and we used dr.browns bottles with the vent tube and soy formula with both my kids. No collick and they hardly ever got fussy from gas. If they did get fussy we gave them gripe water, that stuff works wonders!

Like Ray was saying, hold onto as much car/hobbie stuff as you can. Once the baby comes and your doing the family thing it becomes really difficult to buy stuff for yourself(both financially and consciously)

And I saw the brakes go up for sale so I'm gonna say it again... don't sell what you don't have to. Selling stuff to buy a bunch of crap for christmas is stupid (unless it's a ring).
Although I'd love those brakes. I just don't have the dough right now. Couple months ago.. yeah. Now... no. LOL!
As it is I'm trying to figure out if it's worth doing a clutch or just holding out until my motor goes boom.

What are you gonna do when your motor goes out Ray? Anything lined up already or will it be out for a while?
Drake: why don't you just sell the whole car as it is? Get some newer Suby and call it at day... Safer, more room, but still able to mod... I'm sure that the way it sirs now with the brembos, big wheels, you harness set up.. You can get some cash ...
