Just stripped a wheel stud changinging the wheels gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Have an extra one for the rear of the 2000 OBS anyone know if it will fit the front the 04 STI?

Nevermind the bolts are different. looks like we'll be driving the OBS.

it's 5:20 and i'm going over all the last minute stuff. looks like all's well.
just wish i knew where we were going to have lunch. i know that KFC is there, but i'm really not a big fan. guess i can look around for something else when we stop. but if KFC is fine with everyone else, it'll be fine with me.

john sorry to hear that. i'm sure you won't get a flat, but better be safe than sorry. plus i'm sure the outback will have fun.

ryan, i hope someone is taking pictures. i'm bringing a video cam and hope to get some nice driving footage. if all goes well today.

Alright,

It's 7:06... I can't be the first one home, can I?

What an effin' blast!

I'm not sure if my favorite road was "Old Toll", or good ol' Bartlett Springs.

Massive thanks to Bushido for all his organizational work, and a big shout to all the drivers who made it...

To steal a quote from Iggy Pop: "We're the world's greatest barbarians, and the rest of you are just pudknockers!"

Old Toll Rd was great. Though, nothing is quite like doing 85mph on gravel.

I'll be posting pictures soon.

omg Jeff, you have to post more pix. those are friggin great. look how fat i am but it's still a good pose.

john, crystal. i'm glad you made it home. i hope all will be ok with the car. what a freak thing to happen.

i've been home for an hour. i had to watch the video (60 mins) of dirt driving. i got all of High Valley rd and 4/5th of Bartlett Springs on vid. now to do alittle editing and music mixing before handing it over to my friend mike, to see if he could post some for us.

had a great day. you were all wonderful company. hope we can do it again sometime soon.

if you need more dirt be sure to sign up for psoper's Golden West Rally which is coming up next month. much more than a mere 70 miles of off road fun.

You mean Bear Valley? I topped out at about the same.

Did you folks get to drive Big Canyon?

And did you do Western Mines?

Did you eat lunch (dinner) at that godforsaken KFC?

Enquiring minds want to know!
