MEET UP: North Bay, lets get it going!
So, I modified the calendar and changed the Lucas Valley Blvd drive to the WheelDude BBQ event at their new warehouse. They will be having free food, discounts on wheels and wheel repair. I'm going to attend this and wanted to see if any one else wanted to rep the North Bay.

Can you post their address into the calendar?

That wheel bbq event sounds cool. More events like this will keep coming as the weather warms up. Wish i could attend, but im moving this weekend. But will be ready for the next months drive. Since u guys are going to this event on Saturday, is our meet at the middle of the month gonna be move to next weekend? J/w

As for the BBQ this Saturday, how does this work? Is it a pot luck type deal? Or does one person buy all the stuff and we fade up on it?

According to the calendar, the next drive will be on Saturday, April 27th. From what I gather reading the thread recently, the actual route of the drive is TBD. Everyone pretty much agrees that any roads in the south bay or within a ~20mi radius of SF is out of the question because of traffic concerns. So it's looking like super south bay or norther north bay.

Also, the bbq event on Saturday is being hosted by WheelDude in Fremont. I posted the information earlier in the thread and placed the details on the calendar event. They just moved to a bigger warehouse and are celebrating by throwing a bbq with free food, having a raffle, and hosting a vendor that does wheel repair. Heres the thread for it:

Hope this clears things up!

So, I want to post again about the bbq on Saturday @ WheelDudes new location. For everyone that wants to attend, I would like to have everybody meet up around 11:30pm @ the Starbucks in San Rafeal (the one off the freeway in the Staples shopping center-647 Irwin St). This should get us across the bridge and in Fremont around 12:30 to enjoy the food and such.
If anyone needs to have the time changed to accomodate, PM me so we can plan appropriately.
See you guys/gals on Saturday.

but were moving this weekend and Sat and Sun are fully booked with unpacking and cleaning. yay. lol
So I fueled up on base today and asked about the 92 gas. Apparently, there have been many changes to the gas station there and one of them was to replace the 92 buttons with 91, but it never happened. The so-called "92" gas is actually 91 octane. Sorry for the disappointment.

Well that just sucks.

Since the drive last Saturday was pretty much a no show for all but four of us, perhaps we should make the 27th a drive if it fits everyone's schedules? Just a thought...i'm new here and my intentions are not to take control of anything. I do a lot of delegating at work so I apologize if I gave anyone the wrong impression as it appears I tend to do it out of work subconsciously.
Well we havent had a meet this mo.th jst yet, wich is pronably why were having a meet on the 27th. But im down for whatever. I believe if we change the date throws the schedule of monthly meet/cruise for thosr new on the north bay page. We should try to keep it as organize as we can so everyone that's new can follow with ease the schedule.
