Let start with me and lacey:
1. Ice cooler, another canopy, and carne asada. Water case.
2.Miles-buns and Hamburger.
3.Chris B-, I'll bring soda, hot dogs and buns, and a side.* Also condiments
4.Justawagon (Chris C)-count us in for Chips, salsa and guacamole.
5.Michael-large dish, like a paella! Wifey can bake a cake
6. Chris A-spicy hot links and buns.
7.Paul-*I can bring the charcoal and lighting utensils, no problem.

I use mesquite at home. I think it gives food a suttle, smoky taste. However, charcoal should be just fine for a bbq. Also, mesquite burns quicker than charcoal.

Charcoal it is! How are we doing beverage wise?
Edit: looks like besides cider and Jose's cooler we may be somewhat thirsty... anybody make good lemonade?
