Anyone here running 5w-30 oil? I have 7 brand new quarts of Swepco 5w-30 I won't be using. I run at a minimum 10w-30. A friend and I purchased a case of it ($200) for the winter before I swapped to 10w. $20 will get you all 7 quarts.
Also, if you haven't heard of Swepco, it's what Porsche uses at the factory for their cars so you know it's good stuff.

So for next Sunday's event, I am working on using a parking lot located in the Coast Guard housing area. I have routed a request to the housing officer for approval. I should have a response within a couple of days. Here is a link to Google maps for a general idea of where it is located:
Let me know what you guys think.

I have a 10x10 canopy we can use, as well as 2 ice chests and either a propane or charcoal grill. Pets are ok as long as they on leashes. I can also get out the kiddie jumper for the young ones.
As far as food, we can do the usual burger/dog/chips type of bbq, or everyone can bring their own meats.
I'm thinking we can start to meet up around 10:30 in the morning and go from there. I will start setting up around 10:00. And lastly, because we are on gov't property in a housing area, alcohol will not be allowed. Sorry.
But we can always stop by my house if anyone wants a drink! I'll have beer and spirits in the garage.
