Exactly. I speak the truth Stephen! Have a tune for OTS ACN 91, and have a separate custom tune to compensate for the elevation. Remember, since we're füçking with forced induction, we need to worry about environmental changes way more than NA upgraders. Ambient temperature, elevation, humidity...our turbo engines are extremely sensitive to these changes compared to a NA motor.

Talking to the guy who runs his car without a tune.

Hey buddy, for the record, I use an OTS map thank you very much lol. But yeah you're right, I really need to install that inlet hose and get a proper tune.

HAVING SAID THAT, an OTS tune is way safer than using a custom tune calibrated to a 204958209483 ft elevation at sea level.

Ultimately, my point is just be careful. The elements of our Earth's atmosphere fluctuate so much compared to other elements of life we take for granted; and a modern force inducted motor needs to be prepared for those changes or else you can run into trouble very quickly.

Well Stephen needs a perfect tune wherever he goes now because it looks like he is going twin turbo lol.

Lol truth. I just find it rather amusing because I remember way back when Stephen just got his 9-2x and I bought his interior off of him. I vividly remember telling him that since he now owns a WRX, he should be aware that being an auto enthusiast inevitably creates a money pit; and at first he was like 'ummm okay...' Then like a week later he texted me how he just spent like over a G on the wagon lol.

I'm not going to lie, the 9-2x in all white looks ****ing amazing and i'm truly jealous.

Much quieter than your old one, but has a nice rumble.

Kick ***! Congrats on the new job and position. We can definitely celebrate Saturday.

On a different note, I received my parts, however, my turbo inlet appears to have been custom modified by AMR for a non-recirculation setup. Not what I wanted. No problem though, Noah sent some emails and AMR is shipping another one today. Cant say enough about the customer service from LIC.

See you all Saturday.

So the wife and I had brunch at the Hilltop 1892 restaurant last Sunday in Novato and the food was magnificent. It was a little pricey, but we felt it was worth it. We can try that if you'd like. But we would have to reserve a table.

Other than that, I can only think of the typical places we usually go to.

BTW, the gearbox bushings I got are a night and day difference in the feel of the shifter. I'll let you all feel the difference when we meet on Saturday.
