this is sick im so down to skate with you guys some time you should come to potrero skate park in san francisco and have you heard of the log shop ramp in pacifica ?
is thatpark always that empty/open? santa cruz skatepark is packed all the time..
im not much of a trick skater (i can ollie and shuvit) but ive always wanted to skate something like that, wide open park..i started skating in sf so im a hill bomber, but have never pool skated...
how often do u go there? id be down to come up if it was really that empty haa

It used to be busy when it first opened but it has been pretty quiet the last year or so. I usually go at 3:00pm during week days and its pretty chill. The only days I've seen it busy are weekends when the weather is sunny/perfect. I met my friend there today and there were only like 6 people... the park is dead in this cold weather.
Let me know if you ever head out there, I try to skate it at least once a week (as long as I'm not hurt).

Nice clips. I just went to Concord skatepark for the first time on Wednesday, pretty fun except for the 1/2 pyramid / double quarterpipe mess in the center of the park lol.

^Stoked. Do your part to make sure that the contractor knows what the hell they're doing, both in the design phase and the actual pouring of the concrete phase. Without skater input (preferrably not little kid skater input) it will end badly.

Round 2 of the Fremont skatepark meeting is scheduled for tomorrow 6-8pm @ the Fremont Community Center.
They should be unveiling some preliminary designs.

The meeting went really well. Wormhoudt put together a really kick-*** design! They took plenty of input from people in the meeting on a few details that need to be altered but this is more or less how the park will look:

OH. MY. YES. This fremont park looks freaking legit! I am down to skate! I usaully chill at the dublin skatepark near Hacienda. If anyone skates out there pm me. I'll be getting my 04 wrx out of the shop from a 2.0 to 2.5 swap i think next week so thats when I can start going down there again. Also tennyson skatepark, I love that place.
