BAIC Skate Sessions
Pretty much my shoulder is out of alignment, you can see the pen drawing where the two shoulder bones are supposed to be on the same plane. The lower shoulder bone is too low due to the ACM ripping. The joint "ropes" need to repair and pull it back up to be on the same level as the clavical.

yo jeff, sorry I totally forgot about skating that ditch....I F#$ked up my shoulder skating the Metro mini ramp (its been giving me problems the last 6 months) and now im in a sling for the next week. Messed up the joint (ACM) but I should be good again in 2 weeks according to the doctor.
This totally sucks, it seems like I cant go skating, snowboarding or anything for that matter without hurting myself....feels like my body is falling apart and Im only 25. :046-Skill03:

hey im new here and just saw this thread. ive been snowboarding for 4 years and been skating for about a couple months (i suck).. but im definately down to skate with you guys and improve myself.

Just wanted to say whats up to everyone here. I've been skating for about 12 years now but have been out of it for the last 2 years due to an ACL replacement and bad rehab on my part. I've just started to skate flat again and am getting my leg movement back. My legs move slow and my feet are unsure of what to do most of the time, although my head knows what they should be doing. My life changed so much when I lost out on skateboarding. I was never into cars before the injury and after I got hurt I wanted to have a hobby to keep me sane. My buddy introduced me to subaru's and I've been hooked since. I live just north pass the bay area in santa rosa ca. If anyone wants to meet up and skate or take photos (I've been shooting photos on and off for about 5 years).

I remember falling at 20 or thirty...now that I am 59 I just don't fall anymore but I couldn't give up skating How bout a meet at San Ramon skate park? Its not the best park I've ever skated but it is close to home:RockOn - not mine:
