hey i just got a 98 outback and it has 100000 miles so i just decided to change everything just to be sure i know its all good. so i already changed the fuel filter and got a wix which the guy at the store told me was good. and after i put it on it seems to take a little longer starting. not much just like 1 or 2 seconds longer but i can notice it. has anyone heard about this problem.
