Funnily enough I was looking at the NASIOC and thinking the same thing.
Could just be a USDM thing. I used to think that the change to rectangular fogs was the move to the BE model.
I pretty sure that's the third gen JDM Legacy went to BE.
Cause it had new engine EJ20R 280 hp vs EJ20H 250 hp.
Plus alot of minor changes plus the B spec had bilstein shocks.
I have only seen in the flesh one RSB and it had retangular fogs.
