stupid question, what is a B4
The B4 is the name of a trim/performance level in Japan and Europe. I think its the highest regularly available, though special editions are available from time to time.
The B4 isn't available in the US as of yet.

It is actually the designation of Legacy Sedans in Japan. Wagons are referred to as "Legacy" and the Sedan is called a "Legacy B4."
This name is only used in Japan.

Eyefly is correct. The B4 while ONE of its versions (the twin turboed 2.0) was teh wet dreams of many of us older legacy folk, is no more than a nomenclature for the legacy in Japan. Sedans are designated Legacy B4 then the engine (I.E. Legacy B4 3.0R)
I however believe this is the case in the nomenclature for most of europe, and the exported versions to Austrailia. While the true Austrailian version are labled "Liberty" instead of legacy. err, or something like that
