Decided to have a lil fun in the snow, played for about 20 min or so. And when i looked back in the snow, there's a trail of brownish/blackish drops behind me! I smelled it and its smells like oil. Checked my dipstick after leting it sit for about 20 min and the oil is full. Moved the car up and no more oil drips and now my check engine light is on!

 

What code is it?

 

On the way to auto zone, my check engine light comes off and my cruse control reactivates.....Still ran it for codes at Auto Zone, nothin, Put it up on a lift, found no signs of leaks, dips, no evidence of oil anywhere......I dont get it! I guess my car heals itself!

Could it have come out the tailpipe?

 

Honestly never thought about that. But i doubt it.

 

If you threw a code... I'd be careful for the next few days checking all your oils and see if anything drops.

 

Oh ive been checking under the car hourly all day today. So far, no leaks, drips. Nothing. The check engine light hasnt come back on. I'm kinna baffled!!
