I can highly recommend the Cobb shifter bushing - almost as good as a top-loader.
Also the Sti tranny mount (procured thru Cobb). And, of course, a TeamVoodoo ****.
If you have to stick with the 15" rims, choices are limited if you want the stock diameter. I'm using Sumimoto Srixon4's, 215/65/15, which are a marginal improvement over the previous 215/65/15 Bridgestone re910's, which were a vast improvement over the OEM Michelin XWX 205/70/15.
