I would highly recommend visiting Legacy Central and the bbs there ( http://bbs.legacycentral.org ) as it's THE place from first-generation Legacy owners.

It's a great car, lots of potential and lots of fun.

TMICs are hard to fit in because of the odd angle on the output from the turbo. The AC lines are also a bit in the way. Saab intercoolers are the best fit, but a FMIC is the best overall solution, especially if a larger turbo is in the future.

well mine is pretty solid and its stock with 220k on it...i would say put equal length headers with a decent turbo and some new injectors and fuel pump for the turbo and an intercooler....thats what i plan to do with mine and then just run the sh** out of mine until it dies with will most likely be soon with the way i drive
