..I have a couple of stickers that I am pretty sure will add at least 75rwhp Here a pic of me and my buddy Dave..We were just thinking of where we are going to put those stickers...and thinking of adding some underbody neon for some real speed!..LOL HAHAHAHAHA

I will tell you precisely why neon sucks, in anecdotal form:
I am from Rockville MD, land of many ricers. On occasion, said ricers feel the need to actually RACE their cars rather than just park in the Rockville Starbucks parking lot and watch F&F on their LCDs. I once witnessed one such ricer (blue EBP Civic Si, actually pretty sweet otherwise) with neon attempt to drop the hammer at about 4k at a stoplight trying to race someone. Being a FWD car, he got assloads of front wheel hop as the tires tried to bite, and this shook loose his neon tubes, which fell to the ground and broke, scattering glass everywhere. He then proceeded to run over said glass and totally fuq his rear tires. We went so far as to STOP, pull over, park the car, get out, and point and laugh.
