I wanted to install 2 toggle switches in the dash of my STi without punching holes in it. Well... that didn't really work out. But I did however keep the holes to easily replaceable parts. Check it out. I milled the back off of the "blank" that snaps into the dash, then milled a slot in the face of it and inserted my switches with a little bit of epoxey. Sweet no?

 

thats a lot of work just to install 2 switches, but it does look clean.

 

it was a bit of work but not as bad as you would think. I layed out the front with blue tape then just started cutting.

 

Do the switches turn off your brake lights and hide your tag? You know for certain situations.
