Switching trunk? How hard is it?

I was wondering if anyone of you guys/gals have traded their trunk for an STi one? How hard was it or you had some shop do it for you (if ever, for how much?).
thanks

I haven't done it, but it is supposed to be fairly painless. Just don't forget to swap lock cylinders

I just swapped my trunklid with someone on the Tuesday that just past. It was easier than I thought. The guy I swapped with was a mechanic, but I saw everything he did. First thing he did was switch the lock cores. Then we went to work in unbolting the trunklid from the arms. After we unbolted both the trunklids and swapped them, we swapped the springs. It is fairly important that you swap the springs if you're swapping with someone else. If you don't, your trunklid will still open, but it'll be heavier as compared to if you did have the springs. If I had a camera, I would put up some pics to show you what I mean. The job takes atleast two people.
