Lightbulb stock bulb question - headlight cluster

I have an 03' WRX. I was wondering how you can change that little white light under the turn signal. I recently got some PIAA extream white headlight bulbs, and they look good and are working well. But when I look at the headlights it bugs me that that little one on the corner is a different color. I was hoping to change it to PIAA bulb that matches, maybe the new twin LED ones that they just released. Any idea on what type of bulb it is and how to get it out?

Also, I think the stock fog lights are H3's, is this correct? Does anyone have a link to the instructions on how to replace them, I can't seem to remember where I saw them last.

thanks in advance, and thank you for your time.
