Your WRX uses 9007 bulbs which are dual-filament. Both low and high beam are in the same bulb.
You should avoid cheap bulbs like the ones you linked to on Ebay. The higher wattage (80/100W vs. 55W stock) will cause overheating damage to the headlight connectors and harnesses, and the blue coating on the bulbs will increase glare while reducing the usable light output.
If you need bulbs for your lights it's best to use good quality OEM type bulbs or equivalent with no more than the stock wattage, and to avoid any bulbs with blue coatings or that are described as "Superwhite", "Hyperwhite", "HID look" etc.

Yea stay away from those cheap ebay bulbs, usually they have a very short life (1-ish 2 year regular driving) and do have a chance of messing up ur harness..not to mentioned very diminished light

I've had ricer lights, on a wet road at night..sux ***

Yeah, i suggest slyvannia silverstars if ur tired of yellowish light and want something white, but traditional halogens u get at Kragen should do if ur GF don't care =)

Although not extreme, the Sylvania Silverstars are also coated. I would suggest the Sylvania XtraVisions as a substitute. They're not a significant change from stock, but they do provide a little improvement (and they're not tinted).

Just go to a local parts store and get some OEM type 9007 replacement bulbs, no need to buy online. The Sylvania Xtravisions mentioned above are worth trying, they shouldn't cost much more than standard bulbs and the stores usually have them.

The bulbs go for a tad more than regular stock bulbs..$20-25ish. You can find them at any auto store, but I have seen online deals...so u may wanna look around online. o yea & here's a $5 off coupon for silverstars and $3 off on Xtras:
