a few months back i was involved in a fender bender because i was on gravel and could not stop in time. I bought a replacement hood but it does not fit right. the hood sticks out in front a little. the Hood is from another 2002 wrb wrx. any ideas why it does not fit right???

 

nope, same thing happened to me though(with the hood, not gravel). from what i can tell it might be a certified replacement part, not an actual subaru manufactured part, so it doesnt fit quite right. ive looked into sliding the hood back slightly but then it will not line up right over the headlight where it meets the body.
